ITS supports the Intelligence Community, Rapid Prototyping Facilities, Premier Commercial Customers, and related end users around the world.

We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Service Manager! This position supports our Government Customer and is responsible for all management, scheduling and daily operations of the service/sustainment team.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Leads and coordinates activities of Engineers and Technicians engaged in the installation, repair, and servicing of systems and equipment
  • Creates schedules for service orders with Engineers and Technicians
  • Ensures accurate and timely administration and reporting of activities
  • Maintains customer files and office records of all service activities
  • Maintains awareness and involvement in the resolution of customer situations and system/equipment problems
  • Maintains current service and installation manuals
  • Manages ticket queues driving timely resolution of issues/requests
  • Works directly with the Service Team to improve skills and abilities
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Guides new and existing staff on effective techniques and tools
  • Develops presentations to effectively convey information to team members and clients
  • Communicates and collaborate with Government POC’s
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Supervisory duties include:
  • Manages the performance and expectations of subordinates
  • Assesses performance both formally and informally
  • Provides mentoring, coaching and discipline when necessary
  • Makes recommendations for hires, promotions, terminations, and demotions
  • Provides input regarding compensation
  • Approves time off requests and time keeping records

To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Engineering or a related technical discipline and 5 years of relevant work experience. You must also be eligible to receive a Common Access Card (CAC).
