Indian Township Solutions (ITS) is a tribal owned entity of the Passamaquoddy. Supported by Belmont Point management, LLC’s Executive Leadership Team, ITS extends a world-class reputation as a premiere Audiovisual systems integration and installation organization. ITS supports the Intelligence Community, Rapid Prototyping Facilities, Premier Commercial Customers, and related end users around the world.

We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Project Manager! This position will represent our organization by regularly communicating with our customers on the status of current and future projects.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Coordinates resources to ensure that assigned projects are completed according to specifications and timelines
  • Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program
  • Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans
  • Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in project deliverables
  • Reviews information regarding project status and project obligations
  • Prepares status reports using data prepared by Project Analysts
  • Modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Works closely with other Contractors
  • Communicates regularly with customers and clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any project issues
  • Ensures that customers and clients are regularly informed of the status of their program
  • Communicates regularly with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

To qualify for this position, you must possess a HS diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Engineering program, or in business or related technical discipline is preferred. Eight years of progressive technical and/or managerial experience in information resources management, four years in supervising and managing substantive IT/telecommunications projects, and two years managing large and complex development projects involving a large number of people is required. A PMP certification is strongly desired.
